The problem we face

Starting a new fitness journey isn’t easy. Most beginners struggle with

“I’m not flexible enough”

Afraid of looking awkward, worried they’ll fall behind in a Yoga/Pilates class

“I don’t know where to start”

Feeling lost among too many choices, without a clear, beginner-friendly path

“I can’t stay consistent”

Doubting their own discipline, fearing they’ll give up after just a few tries

“Is it worth my time and money?”

Wondering if this journey will really change anything, or if it’s just another failed attempt

Meet Amy Dương – Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Amy Dương is a dedicated Yoga & Pilates instructor who believes that practice is not just about strengthening the body, but also about awakening resilience and inner peace. Over years of teaching, Amy has guided hundreds of students, especially beginners helping them overcome the fears of being “not flexible enough,” “too weak,” or “lacking the discipline to start.”   With calmness and compassion, Amy creates a safe space where every student feels heard and encouraged. Her classes are designed not only to build strength, release tension, and restore balance, but also to help you reconnect with your body not through force, but through mindful breathing and movement.   What sets Amy apart is her ability to communicate clearly, blending professional knowledge with empathy, so that even the simplest poses carry unique meaning on your journey of practice.   For many students, practicing with Amy is more than just a workout – it is a journey of returning to themselves, rediscovering confidence, peace, and joy in life.

Everything you need to know to start your journey with confidence

Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall well-being. It aims to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity while fostering a deeper connection between the body and mind.

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. It emphasizes core strength, controlled movements, and breath awareness, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels.

While both practices focus on body awareness and control, Yoga incorporates a spiritual and meditative aspect, often including breathwork and mindfulness. Pilates, on the other hand, is more focused on physical conditioning and core strength, with an emphasis on precise movements and alignment.

Absolutely! Both Yoga and Pilates offer classes specifically designed for beginners. These classes will help you get familiar with basic poses, breathing techniques, and safe movement. Look for classes led by experienced instructors who can provide personalized guidance.

Not necessarily! Both Yoga and Pilates can be adapted to suit all fitness levels. If you have any health concerns, it’s advisable to consult with a doctor before starting and inform your instructor about your condition so they can support you appropriately.

Results can vary depending on how often you practice and your personal goals. Many people notice improvements in their physical and mental health within a few weeks of consistent practice. However, to see significant changes, it’s important to commit to regular practice over several months.

In Amy’s Yoga class, you can expect a welcoming environment where she guides you through a series of poses, focusing on proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. Amy often incorporates elements of meditation and relaxation, helping you to connect with your body and mind. Amy’s classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, ensuring that you receive personalized attention and modifications as needed to enhance your practice.
